Opening Retreat kicked off on September 14th&15th for Leadership Cheatham County Class of 2025. Due to weather, the retreat began at Burns Park and ended at AdventureWorks on Sunday. The Class stayed overnight at Pleasant View Volunteer Fire Department Hall.
“Despite the rain, our leadership retreat weekend was full of energy, laughter, and collaboration. We have an amazing class, and the weekend gave us a great chance to learn more about each other and build lasting bonds. Leadership and teamwork activities sparked meaningful conversations, strengthening our connections and setting a positive tone for the work ahead. We kicked off the first stages of our project with everyone actively participating and fully engaged throughout.
